RETURNS

All returned Chainer Beauty Wands must be unused and in the original packaging. All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your Chainer Beauty Wand for a full refund. If the protective wrap has been removed from your Chainer Wand, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. Please include your number and date purchased in your email and the reason for your return to email admin@chainerbeauty.com.We do not include a return label if the package has been opened. If you're having technical issues with your Facify Beauty Wand, please get in touch with us at admin@chainerbeauty.com - as soon as possible so we can take care of the problem.
